When I first called, they responded quickly and scheduled someone to inspect my system that same day. They then arranged to check it again the following morning to confirm the diagnosis. Mike and Joe came out, worked together to thoroughly evaluate the system, and made sure they had correctly identified the problem before recommending a solution.

What impressed me most was their honesty and technical expertise. They could have easily recommended replacing expensive equipment or parts that did not need to be replaced. Instead, they discovered an installation fault dating back to when the home was built. We have lived here for nine years, and neither the original inspections nor anyone else had uncovered it. Mike and Joe knew exactly what to look for and corrected the issue within about an hour.

Because they took the time to find the root cause, they saved me thousands of dollars on what could have become a huge repair. These guys truly know how to diagnose a system. They do not simply replace one part after another while hoping something works.

Mike and Joe were knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and extremely accommodating. I will absolutely use One Way Heating and Cooling again.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We asked them to come to our house on August 18, 2026.  A tech showed up and said we need to replace our registers.  I approved the verbal quote and asked him to let me know when they will come install.  The tech showed up on August 20th with not notice.  I asked him why his company did not contact me with date?  He did not know.  Two of the registers that the tech had were not the correct size.  He said he will have to return with them but wanted full payment.  I asked the tech to give me his word that he would return.  Nothing for over a week.  I called the company on September 1st and they said he would be right over.  That was in the morning.  At noon, I said the tech has not shown.  The tech called and said he would be there in two hours.  Tech showed up at 6pm.  I requested to meet with owner of company and have not received a response.  This company does not communicate at all and leaves their customers hanging; forcing them to follow up.  I do NOT recommend this company and will never use them again.

I was not disappointed! Someone was over within an hour of my phone call and they replaced the unit the very next day. Their team was friendly and professional and I will definitely be contacting them again when the second unit finally dies.
